You can easily change any text from your store through:
From your Shopify admin, click Online Store, and then click Themes
Click the Actions button for the theme you want to customize, then click Edit language.
Go through the different tabs to edit the text in your store.
Our theme used to include an Instagram feed integration. But then Shopify changed it's policy and it's not allowed anymore. Now we recommend using this free Shopify App: Instagram Feed.
Go to the theme editor and navigate to the general settings tab.
Then in the "Colors" section change the "Home page" > "Header top background color" to be the same value as the "Product" > "Background":
There is no recommended size as those images fill a background space that changes depending on the browser window width and height.
The theme already includes code that resizes the image to optimize the image to those different resolutions.
So the guidelines here are two:
If you follow those two guidelines then you will be fine.
The easiest way is to use the free Mailchimp app: https://apps.shopify.com/mailchimp and have it automatically sync each new user with your Mailchimp list.
First, make sure you have your password page activated:
Sales Channels → Online Store → Preferences → Password page
Second, go to your theme editor:
Sales Channels → Online Store → Themes → Customize theme
Third, on the browser url add at the end: #/password and press ENTER.
Fourth, you get into the "secret" password page editor where you can add a custom logo:
The theme still provides the option to choose between buttons or dropdowns for the product variants.
Just go to the theme editor, navigate to a product page, choose the “Product information” section and then choose between the two options:
Buttons:
Dropdowns:
First you need to make sure you have added tags to your products.
To learn how to add a product tag you can follow this Shopify tutorial: Learn how to add product tags
Once your products have tags, access the theme editor and go to your collection section.
Once there, enable the option to "Show product tags":
Access your store's admin page and on the left nav go to Online Store and then Navigation. Click the "Add menu" button and create a new menu with title "List Collections" (it's important you use exactly this same title). Then on the Menu items section start adding all your collections in the desired order. It's important all the links on this list have the "Link" option with the type "Collection".
Follow same instructions as in the previous answer (How do I create a selection of Collections?) and when you have your list ready, just drag and drop the list elements through the dots icon on the left of each item to re-order the list.
